Would any NCBers have any objections to getting a reminder SMS a couple of days before the meetups ??

I like the idea but just want to hear what you guys think.

I prefer not to also but as Eoin says, once there's an opt out I've no objections.
I don't think that forgetting about meet ups is a big problem among NCBers though.  Is it?

On the other hand, a reminder about something a few days before hand generally means I'll still forget it.

I used to use teamer when I was running rugby teams. Bang out a text and people can reply. Very handy.

With the numbers at the level they are at now I don't see it being a major benefit. Wait till the club numbers hit 50-60 before we role this out. My 2c.
