This is the recipe of the winner of the Belgian category.
volume is 25L.

7.03 kg pilsen
.96 kg Munich (light)
.32 Special B
.22 Wheat

Hops schedule
30g Challenger at 60'
40g Styrian Goldings at 45'
10g Challenger at 3'
10g Saaz at 3'

yeast is Wlp 530 with a 2 liters starter.
Mash with 26.7 liters at 65 degrees for 90'
Sparge with 16.41 liters at 77 degrees for 10'

Boil for 90'

At the time of the competition that beer had aged for 7 months. Those were my last 2 bottles. Can wait for the new batch to be bottled conditioned.
