Spotted this in the local rag, this is The Apple Farm (http://www.theapplefarm.com/) between Cahir and Clonmel in Tipperary - Con Traas' place where i believe ye organised apple juice from last year. It was on last year although I didn't attend so cant say if its worth traveling to or not but maybe Con will give us a bit more info on the website at some stage. I live nearby so will go this year (depending on family commitments - junior due to make an appearance end of Sept) - will keep ye posted if i hear anything more on the event.
Ferm.: Pear Wine
Cond.: Cider
Bottled: Helles Lager, Pumpkin Ale
To Brew: Ginger Ale

Nice site!!

They even have a cider map of the world:

http://www.ciderguide.com/map/

There is a lot of craft cider making going on!
Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

I'm looking forward to it. I rarely get to try decent cider at festivals. I leave it till last usually and that's usually when I fell I've had enough beer which means I've had enough to drink.
My problem is I only like really dry cider. The sweeter it is, the less I like it.
