delighted with how this turned out. The maltodextrin seems to have done the trick and the dry hopping has given the beer a crackin flavour. I have a feeling this won't last too long

is that the Coopers IPA there in the pic?!... looks a bit pale... or is that a trick of the light?
I'm drinking one at the moment (similar to what you did, kit + added hops) and ones I've done before have all been darker than than that.. Looks good anyway!.. Enjoy!...

Yeah it's a coopers alright, can't comment on the colour of it cause it's the first time I've made the kit. I did brew to 23 litres though, maybe that's why it's paler than yours?
